Autotel provides custom automation services including but not limited to workflow automation, web automation, desktop automation, data extraction, CRM development, AI integration, and related technical services. The scope of each project is defined individually through consultation.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
- Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
- Ensure that requested automation use cases comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide necessary access, credentials, and resources required for project execution
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project. Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Detailed pricing and milestones will be outlined in project proposals or agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom automation solutions built specifically for their project. Autotel retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code in future projects.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business data, technical specifications, credentials, and automation strategies.
7. No Guarantees
While we strive for the highest quality in our automation solutions, Autotel does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Results depend on various factors including implementation, business context, and market conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Autotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, and services. Autotel is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy modifications made by third-party providers that may affect the functionality of delivered solutions.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
11. Modifications
Autotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
